These terms apply to all orders placed on chic-on.co.uk. Please read them before placing an order.

Our products
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary a little between pieces. Many of our items are available in small quantities, so stock is limited.

Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Your order
After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we confirm your order has been dispatched, or is ready to collect. If we can't fulfil your order, for example because an item is out of stock or has been priced incorrectly, we'll let you know and give you a full refund.

Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK. Delivery options, costs and timings are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Faulty items
If an item is faulty, you're protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us and we'll put it right.

Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. We only supply products for domestic and private use.

All photos, text and design on this website belong to CHIC ON FASHION LIMITED or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one on our website when you placed it.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
