We deliver to addresses within the UK.

Delivery options

Standard Delivery: £3.95. Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually 2 to 3 working days.
Free Standard Delivery on orders of £50 or more.
Express Delivery: £5.95. Royal Mail Tracked 24, usually 1 to 2 working days.
Click & Collect: free. Collect from our shop at Unit 2, Royal Arcade, Boscombe, Bournemouth BH1 4BT.

When will my order be sent?
We usually dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery times start from dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Tracking
All delivery options are tracked. We’ll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Click & Collect
Orders placed before 12pm are ready to collect the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be ready the next day we are open. We’ll email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation with you.

Problems with your delivery
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@chic-on.co.uk or on WhatsApp on +44 7507 677369 and we’ll sort it out.
